The Doctors are very caring and professional, especially Dr Byrne and Dr Datta, I can not praise them enough . The only very frustrating thing is trying to get an appointment with the doctor you want to see. Unless you know that you are going to be ill before 08.00 hours, then forget it! The receptionists can sometimes come across as brash and uncaring and I really feel that the surgery needs to look at the system they use at present. I have also been told, that a certain doctor is not working and been booked with someone else to find that whilst waiting, the doctor I wanted is calling patients. Patients do not appreciate being lied to. If it were not for the wonderful doctors at this practice I would consider moving. Patient care should start from the minute the phone is answered. receptionists would do well to remember that.

A nightmare getting an appointment. Receptionists are unhelpful.

I have always had good service from this surgery, thanks to nurse Katy who always listens and gives good advice, I have several different ailments and have never had any problems being cared for. The music in the surgery is a bit depressing, perhaps a bit more jolly would be nice. I had a life threatening illness three years ago and thanks to the fact they listened to me had major surgery and am being well looked after. Having said that all the staff are professional and cheerful and not at all off hand.

I do not like anything about the service for the following reasons 1. PA system, when used is inaudible 2. When reception say the doctor will call this afternoon it never is, its always late into the evening or not at all 3. Appointment always run late, even though and when they have only been open for an hour 4. I work for a living, leave home early so its not always possible to phone on the day for an appointment as advised to do, when I do call all the appointments have gone! 5. The opening hours are not enough Its always been like this the solutions are obvious
