When the Central Avenue in Telscome Cliffs was Closed down it was the best thing that could have happened for me. I understand that in 7 weeks nearly 700 patients registered, and during the following weeks several 100's more registered. This mass registration understandably threw great pressure on the reception and secretarial staff and obviously, ultimately, ALL the Medical staff. At that time I had need of a lot of medical attention -at no time was I disappointed or unsupported. I am sure that fellow patients enjoyed the same care and attention. GOLD STARS all round.

I am not confident regarding the telephone consultations/diagnosis recently put in place, surely a better diagnosis can be made with Doctor/Patient being face to face. I would like to add that the scoring above does not reflect my previous experience of the surgery, where I had always been seen promptly and with great professionalism providing Doctor/Patient trust. Was the surgery clean is N/A as this was a telephone consultation/diagnosis.

Absolutely amazing helpful GP surgery, except only One disabled parking space and I cannot walk.

The size of the practice allows the provision of additional services to the benefit patients. In my instance this relates to a Warfarin Clinic being available locally rather than requireing hospital visits. It is evident that the practice is working to meet the needs of patients in other regards with my daughter, who is a school teacher, recently able to see a doctor at 7:30 am to avoid missing work. The prime improvement that I would look for in the practice relates to achieving a consistant team of doctors enabling patients to establish relationships and confidence with individuals.

I just cannot believe how well the surgery is run. It goes like clockwork. Everyone is helpful, friendly and it does not feel like a Doctor's surgery. The booking in system is amazing and so efficient. The Receptionist's are helpful and smile and make one feel they are no trouble and go the extra mile to give assistance. The Nurses are very efficient yet have time to make one feel at ease. A really good experience. I never knew a surgery could be run so efficiently it has been quite an astonishing revelation and I am so glad I was able to become one of their patients.
