I have had to have a lot of contact with the Rowe Avenue Surgery over the years having become a practice patient in 1978. My wife 4 children, 4 grandchildren and mother-in-law have all used the surgeries services. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and so whatever they can to a assist in every possible way. Medical professionals are always professional and understanding in every possible way even when they probably feel that panic is the major symptom. Referral to specialists help is immediate and where necessary they will pursue matters to ensure a speedy resolution on your behalf. The surgery is always spotlessly clean and tidy despite the efforts of some younger patients. I cannot praise the practice too highly we consider ourselves very fortunate to have the amazing care that we receive including in my mother-in-law's case the very best end of life care. I am very happy with the care that I receive at Rowe Avenue from all the Doctors especially Dr Byrne and Dr Ranawaka. All of the nursing staff are kind and friendly. They are willing to fit me in at short notice should the need arise. The reception staff are kind and knowledgeable. Dr Myers was very heplfull and helped with my blood thinner when I needed to come off my Warferin and found a suitable substitute. Joah Hall

Since I moved to Peacehaven 18 months ago & registered with the clinic I have had 100% super service from all departments & Dr's. Today was the proof of how serious they are, I missed an appointment , phoned & apologised, the receptionist & nurse AMI managed to fit me in. This service cannot be any better anywhere. The receptionists are not very friendly , they just look at you when you come and and say take a seat without any eye contact , I have waited over 5 hours just to get a call back from the dr . I am not happy with this surgery and at the first opportunity will seek another practice .
