One of the Partners at this practice has a manner that I have found to be highly unsatisfactory. No eye contact, not listening to concerns, even arguing with me, not seeming to want to hear my concerns for which I am at the doctors in the first place. The difficulty for me is that if my preferred doctor is not on duty I have to risk another encounter with the doctor that shows poor communication skills. This is a distressing prospect to have to deal with when I am already in poor health and trying to be heard.
