Clearly everyone is an inconvenience to this practice. Lots of 'tuts' and 'we'll see what we can do' - They really have forgotten they work in a care profession. This is a modern well equipped practice that should be leading the pack but red tape and old fashioned ways are at its root If you ring up you'll wait ages for the phone to answer and you might as well forget wanting a quick appointment - you'll need to predict your illness here with No sympathy or care for the patient. I'd like to say it's because everyone's too busy but the few times I have needed to visit it's as quiet as a library. I would point out the building and GPs are excellent and you're never too much trouble - once you get to see them.
