Very bad at timings, you never are on time for your appointment and then they expect you t hurry up as other patients are waiting. Not happy at all, as it happened now a few times!

I went in to the surgery because I had had flu and a cough that wouldn't go away and was told that it was just a cold and I was fine. Two days later (after a ten minute walk to the station taking nearly an hour because I was walking slowly and couldn't breathe very well) I was in the hospital with pneumonia.

I have been with this surgery about a year and can recommend. I left the neighbouring Homewood surgery due to their lack of care and long waiting and impossibility of making an appointment. This surgery is very good at all those. Doctors are caring and listening. Appointments are easy to book even online. Helpful staff. I have had no problem and can recommend.

I have no criticism whatsoever. P leasant, courteous and helpful Reception staff. Very kind and attentive GP's in an unhurried manner. Very clear explanations. No problem getting an appointment. Excellent timekeeping when attending an appointment. Apologies from the doctor if they are "running late".

Lack of communication unhelpful
