Dr Angus is brilliant and referred me to Lisa at the surgery(some kind of support worker) due to issues with housing .we have had a difficult time and very vulnerable. Lisa was total waste of time useless! Went weeks without returning my calls and I was constantly calling her. Outcome she did nothing for me at all. No people skills and rude. Not concerned or caring enough for the role she is paid to do. Feel upset and angry hence changing surgery. Awful experience.
