I have been a patient at this surgery since 1975, my aunt was a receiptionist there i can honestly say that in all the years I have been with them they have been first class in every way.I have always managed to get an appointment when I needed one, the Doctors and staff have all been excellant and profesional in evey way over all the years I have been with them.I was recently diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer and the GP who saw me reffered me to Basildon and Southend Hospitals within 3 hours of my being told,my treatment has progressed from that moment. Thank you to all at the Robert Frew Surgery I cannot thank you enough.

Went to a nurse appointment for Vaccinations, Nurse was caring, and adjusted for my circumstances, was very efficient but didn't let that get in the way of being caring.

I am really grateful that this is the surgery for my elderly mother. I cannot praise them enough for the care she has received, especially since a bad fall earlier this year. I have always managed to get an appointment for her when needed and find the doctors thorough and caring. Mum also attends the diabetic clinic regularly and her care is faultless. We really appreciate the personal touch received. On several occasions the Dr herself has called me to clarify issues. I really feel that they know my mum and deal with what she needs quickly. She is their patient, not just a number and they really seem to care.

This surgery isn't the greatest, my partner suffers from chrons disease and they are completely unhelpful when it comes to helping her. (Discrimination). The reception staff are incredibly rude and talk other you! They think there doctors. There are a few helpful GPs but a silly 1 Paitent one problem rule. It takes around an hour for them to answer the phone son it's easier to go in person or to be seen by the out of hours. If your are lucky to get through to the surgery and you have to plan your life two weeks ahead While you wait, I'm a health care professional myself in one of the areas busiest hospitals and I find it hard to to understand how the operations of this practice work given how all other local services are under extream pressure! Wouldn't realy recommend them as an overall surface how ever they do have some good doctors once you get past the stroppy administrative staff.

This is a third rate surgery with rubbish doctors. It is very difficult to get an appointment. The doctors are uncaring. They don't listen. They are rude and arrogant. They are all foreign with very difficult to understand, heavy accents. Best go elsewhere.
