We had an appointment at the clinic for our baby’s routine vaccinations, but the experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Excessive Waiting Time – Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were left waiting for over an hour before being seen. This is incredibly frustrating, especially with a young baby who has limited patience and needs a predictable routine. If appointment slots are not managed properly, it defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. 2. Careless Injection Handling – When the nurse administered the vaccine, she was not careful while withdrawing the needle, which resulted in a visible scratch/wound on our baby’s thigh. This should not happen in a professional medical setting, particularly with an infant. More care and precision should be taken to avoid unnecessary injuries.

Suggested improvements
We expect better time management and more careful handling of babies during such procedures. Hoping the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves both punctuality and quality of care in future appointments.
