Would not recommend. The receptionists are extremely rude & unhelpful, there’s no need for it whatsoever. We’re an autistic family & the way they constantly speak to us is disgusting. Also there’s always an issue with my prescribed meds, every single month a problem & it’s incredibly stressful to sort out. They’ve brought me to tears on many occasions. In my early 20s they misdiagnosed an extensive blood clot & most recently they sent me home with chest pain without checking me over, despite the fact I mentioned it feeling like a heart attack I was told it couldn’t be. A week later I was in The Grange hospital at 5am with a severe heart attack & now I have to live with heart disease because of their negligence. I almost died & this surgery has legitimately traumatised me & has tarnished my faith in the NHS once again. There’s zero excuse for this behaviour & treatment.

Taken time to listen properly to my concerns & actually examine me, read my extensive notes so you’d know I’m vulnerable/high risk, receptionists need to be kind & polite & helpful & also urgently need mental health care training
