I have been with this practice since 1978 and have always had the best of care from every member of staff I have been treated by. Particular praise for Dr Kassianos who always listens well explains well and gives each patient the time they need without making them feel rushed.
I know that it is often difficult to get an appointment but it is no different to any other surgery. There just aren't enough GPs in general to cope with the patient demand. All of the doctors at this surgery do their utmost to see as many patients a day as physically possible.
