I phoned the surgery late morning to see if I could speak to a doctor about a sudden reoccurrence of carpal tunnel syndrome. The doctor phoned about 2 hours later and arranged for me to see one of the other GPs early evening who was able to give me a pain killing injection. No fuss no waiting and very good service
