I have always been able to get an appointment. I usually see Dr Beard and she is always good at listening and discusses possible treatment routes. When I have had to see a different doctor if it has been urgent I have always received excellent treatment. The receptionist are always pleasant and willing to help and the surgery is clean.

Our family have been registered here for over 20 years and while we've been generally healthy, we have been very happy with all the doctors. We can usually get an appointment when we need one. In the last few years, we can now do more with the website: order repeat prescriptions, etc. The surgery hours also seem to have been extended 08:00 to 18:30.

I thoroughly recommend this practice. I have been a patient there for almost 30 years and have never had less than excellent care from any of the doctors, nurses, and other staff who work there. I am confident that whichever doctor I see will look after me well and appropriately. The premises are fully accessible (I am a wheelchair-user) and very well equipped. The support staff are always helpful and welcoming and efficient, too. I feel that the whole practice truly believes in patient-centred whole-person care.

Reception always friendly, patient and helpful. Facilities excellent. Doctors brilliant and will consult their partners according to specialities. I like the feeling that whatever the problem, they will fix it.

This is a superb practice. All of the doctors, nurses and ancillary behave with professionalism and kindness.
For the last couple of yearsI have had to see Dr Beard quite regularly and she is always willing to listen and sort out the problem whatever it is. However, I am sure that each clinician is equally capable.
The practice as a.whole is accessible and very clean.i have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
