Twelve years of treatment for heart disease, Diabetes type 2, COPD, and getting old. I continue to be impress by the doctors, the nurses and the administrative staff. Thank you for your care.

Moved to this surgeries catchment area and this surgery nine months ago, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and care demonstrated. They are good on time keeping , willing to listen to patients opinions and willing to explain at levels which reflect the patients level of understanding.

The GPs are very adept at co-ordinating care between them. On occasions when I cannot see my normal GP her colleagues have been more than able of understanding my condition and dealing with it entirely appropriately. I have been attending this surgery for 33 years and never had any cause for complaint. The GPs and support staff are always helpful, friendly, and very professional.

the web site is very helpful especially for repeat prescriptions. relatively easy to get an appointment. Receptionists are very helpful. Blood tests and results are easy to arrange. Appointments for further treatments/tests etc. arranged promptly.

I have no hesitation in recommending this practice and we concider ourselves well served by it. The reception staff, practice nurses and doctors are a pleasure to deal with. I have always felt that my concerns were taken seriously and tests and referrals were offered when felt appropriate. Appointments are easy to make, reminders are sent by text message as are seasonal reminders for flu jabs etc. Blood tests are taken in house and repeat perscriptions are available on line.
