I have been registered for approx 10 yrs and also my late elderly family I've never had a problem with this surgery, and as an asthmatic had to be fitted in as an emergency on the last occasion, this was done without a fuss, and I was seen quite quickly I think it helps to tell the receptionist what is wrong as they are then able to give the best service. The reception staff are all ways very helpful, the nurses and phlebotomist are also very good and efficient.

After 17 years using this surgery I'm still very happy with it. Lovely doctors of all specialisms, always fit me and the kids in when needed. Helpful , kind reception staff. And the best Phlebotomist ever! A service for all surgeries to aspire to. Thankyou.

I have always found the receptionists helpful and if you need a doctor quickly, they have found ways of fitting you in. I would like to comment positively on the doctor I usually see, but I have not needed to in the last 6 months and so by the conditions of the website am unable to!

Very well run and efficient surgery. Staff and Doctors are professional and personable. Appointments system is good although the surgery does seem to be frantically busy at all times. Where possible they try to find an appointment at a reasonable time for working professional, which is welcome. The wait is usually reasonable. There is also an efficient system with the nurse for blood tests and injections. Good system for repeat prescriptions. Suggestions: 1. It feels like you need another Doctor. The surgery is very busy and the Doctors are no doubt stretched. 2. Can you set up an email messaging system? Sometime I need to quickly check something small with the Doctor (like the result of a blood test) and the current system of calling the receptionist and asking the Doctor to call me back doesn't feel like an efficient use of the Doctor's time?
