The surgery is looking dated while they wait for the NHS to finally give them the new building the really need but the service is second to none. I came to the practice from one that I was really happy at but it was closing. At the time I thought it was terrible news and never thought I would get another good practice. I did and wish I had moved earlier. I just wish we could do something to get the premises sorted and then everything would be perfect.

Just seen a person be really rude to the receptionist and then the manager. He then said if he did not get what he wanted , which was totally unreasonable, he would put on the Internet that the secretaries and receptionist were all rude. They weren't and were completely professional throughout and if I had not seen his behaviour myself I would not have believed it. It made me realise how much the practice staff have to put up with which they do not deserve. This is a great practise and if you do not like it move on don't abuse the great staff !!
