You need to change the people on reception. They are rude and hang out the phone whenever they please to do. Let's not forget they all get payed from OUR money. Educate them to be nice.
Maybe the reception staff could have some training on how to deal with sick people. I’m 72, I live alone and having had a stomach virus for five days developed a lot of pain. I rang to ask to speak to a doctor when possible. I was told most people would have rung this morning and not left it til now. A totally unnecessary thing to say. I said I didn’t feel as bad til now. Now I’m waiting for a doctor to ring. I’m more than happy to do that but the receptionists attitude was appalling
I have been registered at a couple of different surgeries and this surgery is great! Very approachable staff and very pleasant GPs.
An excellent surgery with friendly and very helpful reception staff. My wife and I have always been more than happy with the advice and services of the doctors over very many years and the nursing staff have been excellent. We have always found the staff to be friendly and cheerful when treating us. The appointments system seems to us to be amongst the best on offer in the city when we discuss our thoughts on the surgery with friends and family. Well done to everyone
