Got my letter for my flu jab 3 days after the date I was supposed to come for it . I phoned up the surgery and after about 2 hours I finally got to speak to some rude woman she eventually gave me a new date , I duly turned up 2 weeks later on a very cold day only to be told they have cancelled all jabs today due to shortage of staff there were a lot of people older than me waiting out side in the cold and I am 72 I said I thought you were supposed to notify people when the appointments are cancelled , we tried to ring you they said I said that's funny I have had my phone with me all day it never rang ??? so the lady on reception said I will make another appointment for you I said no you cant be trusted to keep the dates and I am wasting time and petrol coming back and forward so I went to Boots the Chemist and got my jab there its always been a very poor place Rhoslan Surgery for patient customer service and I cant see it changing anytime soon ..... And the second question on here was the surgery clean what a farce HOW WOULD I KNOW I NEVER GOT INSIDE THE DOOR PAST THE GESTAPO

Get better and civil staff and stop making older people wait outside in the cold winter days for you to come and fetch them you need a better system AND ANSWER YOUR BLODDY PHONE????

I have to totally Complement Sister Eve what a lovely lady I attended for A Cervical Smear she was the nicest and calm person who made me feel very relaxed .A lovely Nurse and very friendly

I called yesterday with a Query about my medication the receptionist who answered the call was the most miserable rude individual I have encountered she seriously needs replacing I wish I would have took her name to make a formal complaint

More training ,learn to be courteous and professional.She needs replacing she is in the wrong job

The receptionist I spoke to was half asleep I am wondering how she did get a job dealing with medical issues .Phoned twice in the past hour as my child is experiencing abdominal pain in the past been in hospital for this condition.I am so annoyed I am fully aware of the Coronavirus isolation this is a child I am absolutely disgusted
