Having rang to make an appointment for tomorrow, I firstly waited 10 minutes for the phone to be answered and was then told that I can't make an appointment for tomorrow as there are no routine appointments for 2 weeks. If it's an emergency, I have to phone tomorrow morning and hopefully get an on the day appointment. How silly! I asked if I could speak to the Practice Manager. Again, after waiting 10 minutes on hold, I was then informed that the PM was "off sick" today. I asked the receptionist why she had made me wait 10 minutes to tell me this as surely she would know that her Practice Manager was off sick today. She said she didn't know! You really couldn't make it up. This is not the first time I have had a similar experience with this poorly managed surgery.
