What to say here. find another surgery. The receptionists sit on their behinds in the back and frequently glance over at a huge que of people waiting and do nothing.
When they do appear.. its oh you have to phone up or we don't have any appointments.. try next week. Then you get seen by a gent on a one off who immediately books you an appoijtment no questions asked. The two women are useless.
IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT YOUR FRESH OUT OF HOSPITAL and need to be seen urgently. This place is a joke.
Go elsewhere for an all round nice atmosphere. They are rude. Suggestion for improvement sack the receptionists and hire professionals.
