Redhouse surgery v.2.0! My goodness they are evolving fast.
Online services have improved!
Better responses
New doctors and staff!
Evolving patient care
And when clinically appropriate, face-to-face appointments with a doctor, nurse, HCA or Phlebotomist!
Staff need a fair bit of TLC though!
Best of luck.
Suggested improvements
- Staff wellbeing might be quite low: Everyone seems extremely stressed out. A lot of signs of fatigue, nervousness or stress in many if not all staff members. I feel immensely empathetic to their situation and can only wish the whole NHS would focus more on their staff.... Because, without no staff...There is no patient care
- Staff aren't clued up on neurodiversity at all. In a few times of my personal experience, I note that staff do not make the proper legal disability adjustments for said neurodiverse (ND.) patients, I.e. 10-15 minute lateness windows for appointments, writing down or repeating information, or adapting to a neurodiverse approach for history -taking, during pt. consultations. There is a lot of 'rushing patients' and thats a big no-no with ND patients as they may miss crucial information relating to patient care. This is because patients with neurodiverse conditions may process information differently or at different speeds, i.e. a little slower, like in autism/ADHD'
PLEASE understand and respect that every human being is different...<3
