Thank you for the care you gave me at the surgery. I rang the surgery explained my problem and was given an appointment immediately upon seeing the doctor she listened to everything I said examined me. The outcome was I needed to be taken to A&E. The receptionist came and sat with me until the ambulance arrived. She was very supportive and caring at an emotional time. I have appreciated all the care you have given me and are still giving me. I am eternally grateful.
