Awful, nurse taking bloods called me by the wrong name more than twice, left me black and blue and made a comment about the doctor going for gold because he had asked for more than one test to be done.

More patients need to give positive feedback on the doctors and nurses and reception staff at this practice. It is good to give credit as much as possible. They work hard and do their best, despite the limited resources of the current NHS, including limited time, high case loads and demands from patients, not to mention governments targets and cut backs.

thank you for your postive feedback. we always welcome comments from patients and expect to be told when we have got things 'wrong', however, sometimes we don't always acknowledge when someone does something 'right' so it was good to read your comments. this will be shared with all the doctors and staff.

Both me and my husband have been with this practice for several years. The Doctors give a high standard of care and treatment taking time to listen and involve you in your treatment ,as do the nursing staff and reception staff are always polite .

Having to share a touch screen with every other patient to book in could spread illnesses. I do not like this. Also hand sanitisers are not always available and when they are they are not placed at an accessible hight for everyone to use. If automatic hand sanitiser dispensers with PIRs were attached to the walls at correct height and positioned around the building this would be improve the cleanliness of the practise. currently there are no hand sanitiser dispensers attached to walls. If people did not have to share a touch screen with every other patient to book in this would improve cleanliness.
