Receptionists are always really helpful and Sheila is lovely and goes above and beyond. Always had positive experiences with the Surgery.

It takes a long time to get through but there are usually appointments available

Improve telephone system being told you are 17th plus in the queue 30secs after the lines open doesn’t make sense
