I phoned up the practice today to see if my mam who is crippled with rheumatoid arthritis, who has had 2 hip replacements and is in great need of a knee replacement. . Who has had 70% of her stomach removed due to stomach cancer. Who has just come out of hospital with pneumonia . Could have a nurse to call round her house as her finger is all swollen and looks infected and could do with some treatment. When I explained this to the receptionist she said the nurse couldn’t come out to see her as my mam is not classed as house bound. I wish this was true for my mams sake, she liked nothing better than getting out of the house. I’m so disappointed and angry about this. The receptionists think there the drs. Something needs to be done. Shocking

when you call the there call is always busy. I have been calling the eleven time but they did not pick up. Doctors there are not helpful

Worst doctor in the UK. No care or compassion and if you have a mental health problem they don't seem to give a dam. My doctor failed to write on a piece of paper exactly what was on the computer screen (something a 7 year old should be capable of) and I lost my benefits and attempted suicide twice. The doctor has not apologised and nothing is in place to stop this happening again. I have lost trust in that doctor so I asked to change doctors within the surgery and was removed from the patient list. DO NOT REGISTER AT QUEENS PARK STOCKTON.

3 year old has eating disorder and gp refusing to give iron medicine yet again . Gp at this surgery don't care about patient just there 80k salary. Terrible service from a practice.

Excellent surgery, since i moved homes this was my local surgery and it was alot better than my previous surgery in York Road Hartlepool. Staff very friendly, clean maybe a little cramped in the reception waiting area but overall very good
