The responses reflect my experience following a rapidly deteriorating back condition. I felt as though my case was effectively promoted

Suggested improvements
Recognise more acutely that patients who suffer sciatica may not be able to sit and offer a home visit

I find the receptionist staff to be very rude, I feel they have to much power over decisions I find you have to ring the surgery back several times as either they have not informed the gp of your concerns or passed a message on to the gp from you, the phone line is nearly always engaged, and getting appointments is always a chore,

Suggested improvements
Reception staff should know when a patient desperately needs to either talk to or see a gp, especially if they have ongoing illness,

The reception staff are pretty rude. Cannot fault my GP. He is fantastic, always listens and is always polite.
