The whole practice is helpful, caring and flexible. The receptionists are always polite, helpful and efficient. So are the nurses, and they also give helpful advice and tell me straight away if I should be consulting a GP, not them. The doctors are also spot on, whoever I see, and they have treated me and my various conditions with thoroughness, good humour and care. The surgery was given a very high score in the last local assessment and I was surprised that they weren't top. I have already persuaded someone I know to change from another practice, where the receptionists were not very helpful, to Queen Square and I know that she and her young children have also received prompt and effective treatment.

Polite and helpful staff, an excellent phone system, I can always get an appointment when I need one and mostly see my own GP - yes I have one!
