Receptionists are rude, unhelpful, incompetent and totally unprofessional. It's impossible to get through via phonecall because the receptionists are too busy standing behind the desk drinking tea and chatting about their personal lives even when there's a line of patients out the practice door and into the car park. You can ring at 9am on the dot, wait for 10 minutes to get through and still be told that there's no appointments left. It's the biggest joke of a practice in the town.

This practice could do everything better.

Total incomplete and unprofessional has to be the worst in the city.

Starting point have this run by medical personnel not receptionist.

Getting an appointment the phone is almost impossible. Using the online app made it easier but now I just get practise unavailable please phone for an appointment. Please fix this system as for the past few days I have severe pain in my hip and can hardly walk but can't get an appointment.

Certain doctors in this practice do not want to spend time with their patients in and out as fast as they can get rid of the patient.
