The older Receptionist are very rude and abrupt. They have no people skills and do not speak to patientswith respect. They always give me a doctor who i do not know and i have mot been assigned my doctor who i see dr ochulu in yrs. I think staff should be reviewed and Drs should be assinged to pts. I am reallg upset and unhappybwith howbthey treat people
