The practice is fine. The website is terrible: too many words, too many options, would fail most standard web-design test procedures . It took ages to find how to get repeat prescription - seemed to involve a non-guided double-click action -which is very bad web design. Ruthless prune, better selection of top-level menus, reduce size of images, ('colour to sell, black and white to tell')
The question is "why are some Doctors more popular than others" ? why is there only one patient display panel, as the seating can be facing the other way. why can't you get a cool fresh water dispenser.
I have been very well served by all doctors, nurses, receptionists and other medical practitioners working at PMG. There is a friendly but professional atmosphere, and all staff do their best to address my needs within the very limited time they have available. The online repeat prescription service (and the opportunity to book future appointments online) is excellent ... all signs of a modern and progressive medical practice. Thank you.
Pulborough Medical Group(PMG) is the most caring,efficient and professional I have been registered with during the last 60 years. I have lived and worked throughout the UK during the last c60years and been registered at c20 medical practices.PMG is the best. PMG offers a wide range of services in addition to the doctors and nurses - they offer numerous locas tests (rather than having to travel to hospital) and a clinic for most conditions. There is an excellent triage system for urgent appointments (the duty doctor will phone you back) and I have never failed to get a same day appointment when necessary. One of the most impressive aspects of PMG is that it appears to be a very "happy ship" - it appears to have a good working atmosphere with good relationships between doctors,nurses and support staff. (MROK) I would not be being honest if I did not say that my comments about PMG do not apply entirely to the in-house pharmacy.I know they are extremely busy but I (and others I know) do not always experience the same efficiency here (prescriptions not always ready even with 5/6 days notice,missing emailed prescription requests,etc).Hence only 90% 'efficiency' score.
