I called to ask for an appointment and was given one the same day.
The receptionists was really friendly, kind and helpful and the doctor I saw (Dr Fooks) allowed time to discuss my problems and explained clearly the outcome I should expect and what to do next, without giving the impression of being rushed. This, despite being the on-call doctor in (I imagine) a very busy surgery.
I have just joined the practice and am very impressed (I also work in a GP surgery).
