Getting through to reception is nearly impossible. Then if you do, seeing a doctor or a doctor phoning you back is impossible. Not fit for purpose. complaints to practice manager comes to nothing or mostly get ignored as they never reply back. Again this place is not fit for purpose.
Suggested improvements
Too much to mention. Employ people who can do a fit and purpose job.
