The scramble to get to the phone at dead on 8am. The bad attitude of the reception staff. The Dr's all seem capable and the nurses are good. Clean surgery, but long waits on the phone and in the waiting room. Not even allowed a hot drink in there now, even though you know by the time you are seen it will be cold.
Their doctors have VERY LIMITED knowledge on mental health matters. Quite shockingly bad.
I have experienced this with most of the GPS there.
The phone line is now much more expensive to use than it once was, especially if one is put on hold. However, when one does get through, the triage system takes over and if one has to be seen then arrangements are made for an emergency appointment or for a home visit
All the staff treat patients as human beings - polite and friendly. And efficient too.
