My wife required a home visit , phoned reception with request, was phoned back, they said that Doctor S Otoibh, would not be calling but has left a Prescription at reception. I phoned back saying that we would be requiring a Home Vist, I spoke to Dr Otoibh she said she could do a diagnosis over the phone ?. Because I demanded a Home Vist she agreed to come, under protest. My wife is extremely poorly and I did not think it unwarranted to request a home visit. Dr Otoibh duly arrived, virtually ran into my house, up the stairs with her stethoscope poised, entered our bedroom. The only examination my wife received was the stethoscope placed on her back. Then the Dr announced, "Yes a chest infection" adding "Come to the surgery for a prescription " My wife also has the Cardiac Nurse, coming every week because she is that poorly. The new staff at this surgery had started to turn this practice around, pity for One to pull it back to their bad old days
