Angie efficiently sorted out a damaged injection pen and arranged its replacement almost immediately and even arranged a call back from the doctor to clarify the technical details.
Angie's telephone manner is always reassuring, clear and very professional and it is staff like her who make the NHS the amazing service it still is! Thank you.
