Spoke to Angela the receptionist several times during one day and she was most helpful. Very caring and considerate. Had an appointment with Dr Masood who was amazing. Had time to listen and was reassured. Had a bit of banter with him which always lightens the load. Thank you Princess medical centre for listening and caring

16th August; approximately 9:40. Telephone conversation with the receptionist called Angie. Angie efficiently sorted out a damaged injection pen and arranged its replacement almost immediately and even arranged a call back from the doctor to clarify the technical details. Angie's telephone manner is always reassuring, clear and very professional and it is staff like her who make the NHS the amazing service it still is! Thank you.

Phoned for an appointment this morning. Got a stroppy receptionist asking what was wrong. Then told a doctor would ring me back. No consultation, no examination, no diagnosis. Just a prescription for antibiotics. No details of what else I could take with them either. Ludicrous when the NHS want to cut back on antibiotics, and hardly a good experience. Needless to say, I'll be moving to a different surgery as soon as I'm well enough to get to one. Reception staff are also useless. Sent an email a year ago, got a reply after 6 months asking if the info was still needed, then no response still. Absolutely crap.

My wife had an appointment with Dr Empson, who is totally caring and professional, she even rang my wife at home with test results of the blood sample taken at the appointment, she is one who goes the extra mile, highly recommended a breath of fresh air at the practice.

My wife required a home visit , phoned reception with request, was phoned back, they said that Doctor S Otoibh, would not be calling but has left a Prescription at reception. I phoned back saying that we would be requiring a Home Vist, I spoke to Dr Otoibh she said she could do a diagnosis over the phone ?. Because I demanded a Home Vist she agreed to come, under protest. My wife is extremely poorly and I did not think it unwarranted to request a home visit. Dr Otoibh duly arrived, virtually ran into my house, up the stairs with her stethoscope poised, entered our bedroom. The only examination my wife received was the stethoscope placed on her back. Then the Dr announced, "Yes a chest infection" adding "Come to the surgery for a prescription " My wife also has the Cardiac Nurse, coming every week because she is that poorly. The new staff at this surgery had started to turn this practice around, pity for One to pull it back to their bad old days
