Yesterday 21st June at 12pm I had to drop a sample off for a service user & the woman that was on reception gave Fantastic service, I dusnt get her name but she took time to listen to all I had to say & made great eye contact, she went out of her way to follow up enquiries & get the wheels in motion for this particular patient What a great asset to your team

I wanted to give my special thanks to Ruth who has been the most wonderful Practice Nurse you could imagine over the many years since we moved here. She has seen my kids grow up and is always very professional but equally very caring and generally just lovely. I can't recommend her highly enough.
