In general the telephone appointments are usually friendly but I find the front desk staff apart from today were the young lady was totally charming, but normally they are unhelpful, and almost to the point of being rude.

I have been with this surgery my whole life and for the most part I have found the doctors to be excellent. Obviously in 25 years there have been hiccups and the odd bad Doctor, but this is only to be expected. The Nurses have always been fantastic and incredibly kind and caring. The reception staff are also faultless. Overall a very good surgery.
