Yesterday 21st June at 12pm I had to drop a sample off for a service user
& the woman that was on reception gave
Fantastic service, I dusnt get her name but she took time to listen to all
I had to say & made great eye contact, she went out of her way to follow up enquiries
& get the wheels in motion for this particular patient
What a great asset to your team
