Very difficult to get a face to face appointment despite the fact the surgery is empty, so they don’t seem to see many people any more. Telephone appointments are often with someone other than the GP first which means you are often misdiagnosed (has happened to me on several occasions) and you end up having to request a face to face appointment to get the right treatment.

Ensure all telephone appointments are with the GP. Also teach whoever does the telephone appointments some manners as they are very brash and rude.
