I have been a patient with this surgery for my whole life, as have my parents, brothers and son. I have been treated by a number of GPs and specialist nurses and always found them helpful and supportive. They have taken an interest in me as a 'whole person' not just focusing on the immediate problem or their own area. The introduction of online repeat prescription ordering and booking of appointments has made life much easier for me. I am very happy to recommend this surgery and its staff.

I receive wonderful care from Pound Hill surgery. The on line booking system is superb. It would be good if test results could be viewed on line too.

Unfortunately the practice is busy and often if not in by 8 am all appoinment for the day are gone. You can although book appointments via the internet and request repeat perscritions which is helpful.

I have only moved to the aea recently and registered with Popundhill, first visit was t a great reception area, friendly reception, good practice newsletter, online bookingof appointments and my medical records. Surprised compared t my past experiences.
