Thanx NOT for not informing my that my urine sample had been smashed in transit, you should have informed me straight away ,not when I phoned you about the results ,I' have not long had an operation and could be on the wrong meds for my condition , I have to do another one now ,God knows when I will have those results , disgusting treatment ! Absolute disgusting attitudes on some of the reception staff very abrupt for no reason. Very difficult to get a appointment. The drs are very good and helpful.
