I have recently received my monthly land line telephone bill and the charges for calls to the surgery are a couple of pence short of £10-00 which us totally unsustainable for
a pensioner such as my self.It seems that as soon as you hear a recorded message you start to pay for the call .I have tried to log in online but it keeps on comming back as error although the correct passwords etc: are entered.reception failed to pass on one message to the district nurse also a month after requesting a flue jab we are still waiting!!!
