despite being in the surgery on Tuesday and asking for an app was told i had to phone back after 2pm, so i then phone and ask for an app at 12.43 pm only to be told that all the phone apps had been taken and i would have to call back aftrer 10am Wednesday now after explaining that i was actually meant to have had a call on the Monday but never happened the receptionist viewed my records an there where no notes to back this up. i have given the treatment 5 stars as the practice nurses are extremely good, however the doctor phone examination is absolutely poor

Rang to get some help with my son s antiepileptic medicines.The call handler was not at all helpful, didnt even listen to what I was saying despite she told me to ring back next day to the routine appointment line.I was completely disappointed the way she spoke to me.

Shocking practice, in the past month it is noticeable disorganised and the poor front of house staff are struggling to cope with the numbers....management need to be challenged in my opinion as they are obviously oblivious to the workload of their receptionists

Very good surgery on the whole, but unfortunatly today i had to wait 45 mins past my appiontment time to see a doctor, and then 1/2 way through going over things with the doctor i was told i had to book another appiontment as my 10 mins where up. On this occasion i am not very happy with the way i was treated as it was not my fault they were running late and i had had to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor and now have to wait another 3 weeks to finish my appiontment.

Great surgery unfortunately starting to get very busy but receptionists are great at deciding if you need appointment urgently etc.
