The Practice is very thorough. My partner goes to a different practice to me and often comments that I receive better treatment than him. Symptoms are investigated and they follow up any diagnosis they provide. They are also extremely helpful.

I think that we are very lucky in Aldridge to have this amazing medical centre at our disposal. It is modern, airy, clean and spacious. The staff are excellent and I have never had any difficulty getting an appointment. You cannot always get an immediate appointment with the doctor of your choice, but as this is a very busy practice this is understandable. However all of the doctors are excellent so I am happy to see any one that is available, I would also like to mention the receptionists they are all helpful and very pleasant.

I really have nothing to say, staff are polite and professional, appointment organised there and then.Was asked whether I considered that my appointment was urgent, I said yes, and I saw a doctor within 1/2 hour.

We are lucky to be a member of this practice. All staff are helpful,listen to your concerns and we can always get an appointment for the children on the same day. Thank you it is appreciated

Getting to see a Doctor is problematical. Getting to see the same Doctor (to maintain continuity of care) is well nigh impossible. The Nurses all work like troopers and are extremely professional and helpful and, it is fair to say, are far easier to access! I recently saw a trainee(?) registrar and....what a waste of time. She wasn't interested and was unable to respond to questions about my care.
