Patients told to all ring in at the same time causing lines to jam. Pot luck as to whether you get an appointment and most doctors are unavailable if you ask to see a particular one. Appears all gp's at this surgery are part-time, despite the NHS spending a fortune training them. This would never happen in commercial business I can tell you. Poor service and much room for mistakes to be made.
