Receptionists are generally fine and helpful but logging in is now done by machine.

Its fine. Clean, and gentle music provided.

The surgery is coping as best it can but sometimes it is hard to get a face to face appointment when it is needed however everyone is very friendly and doing what they can.

The receptionist's are alot better now at one point there was a lady that was very obnoxious and thought she knew more about you than the doctors! Recently I have not had her answer the phone and everyone I have spoke to is very friendly and helpful.
