I suffer with anxiety and depression. The receptionist "Nicki" was bullying when i did not wish to disclose my illness, just wanted to speak with a Doctor as my condition was becoming worse. I found her extremely rude and bullying and when i refused to give her details of my illness she accused me of being rude! I do not appreciate being spoken to in this manner, especially when i am feeling unwell.

Other receptionists are kind and gentle and have a lovely phone manner. She could take a leaf out of there book!

A few months ago I was diagnosed with cancer. My treatment is in the hands of Derriford Hospital but problems arising from it I have mainly referred to Portview. All the staff have been marvellous and I could not have received more support from everyone with whom I have had contact. I should like in particular to praise the front line staff, manning telephones and dealing with patients on the desk. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful and really listen to you however busy they are.

Think this should be put up for people to share what a wonderful service you give, today Dr Mathew and her team gave me the utmost attention, also during the last 8 years I have had the same from, Dr Sissons,and every Dr. I have encountered,, I can not thank them enough. But we must remember the nurses, reception and cleaning staff Please, this should be broadcast on your inter tele in the reception .. Thank you again.

Quite unable to rate too highly. Seem to meet all my needs. Take a proactive stance if needed and otherwise advise where applicable.
