Excellent quality of service for myself and family. This surgery has been the family doctor for my mother for over twenty years and she has never had any complaints; neither can I fault it.

I have always found the reception staff to be pleasant and helpful. Dr Mahay although he is always busy he never seems to hurry you, he listens first, offers advice and is always pleasant, respectful, helpful and very easy to talk too and to understand. It is a busy practise, but there is a telephone advise line most days which is very useful as you don't always need an appointment to check on some things. I left my previous practices some 4 - 5years ago because of how a problem I had was ignored by my then doctors, the treatment I had there was completely the opposite to my experience of how Dr Mahay treats me. I would completely recommend Dr Mahay and his practise. The reception staff appear to hold the same values as Dr Mahay, I can't think of anything they can do to improve the practise, I wont be going anywhere else.

male receptionist is good. without sounding racist the Asian lady that works there is not the best. we find her rude, abrupt, English is not her strong point and we find it hard to understand her and she finds it hard to understand you.
