Theyv neglected my husbands care. One receptionist dosent know what the other ones doing. And some are really rude. Prescriptions constantly wrong. And one of the doctors has the worst attitude and lack of care possible. Theyv neglected my husbands dementia care dreadfully

DR SAYS RECEPTION WILL CALL TO SET UP FOLLOW UP APPT. WAIT TWO WEEKS THEN CALL TO SEE IF I HEARD HIM RIGHT...RECEPTION CHECKS WITH DOCTOR...DR SAYS RECEPTION IS TO MAKE MY APPT WITH NURSE. RECEPTION SAYS NEXT AVAILABLE IS 2 MONTHS AWAY. MY ISSUE? I THINK A MEDICATION IS CAUSING ME TO HAVE FAINTING SPELLS. INCOMPETENT PHYSICIAN AND UNCARING RECEPTION.

After being referred by the practition nurse to make an appointment the next day after being 7th in the cue I was told there were no appointments left. It's very frustrating to be held on the phone knowing its pot luck if you will get an appointment or not. I've been waiting for physio after a car accident for almost 2 yrs.

Reception staff horrific. . It no longer feels a friendly family doctors. I can't see how they could ever improve. Trying to get to see the same doctor twice is impossible. It's more like a quick walk in centre with pot luck which doctor you get. And without doubt the worst reception staff. I whish more people left reviews .
